== Summary ==

Koji (Sato) transfers to Tsukioka Junior High School, where he struggles to match the discipline and efficiency of his new classmates. He soon learns that many of them also attend the prestigious Eiko preparatory school, but his attempts to investigate the institution are met with hostility and obstruction. Tensions escalate when the student representative, Michiru (Sakamoto), proposes the creation of a hall‑monitoring patrol empowered to punish both offenders and suspected offenders. In response, Koji attempts to organise a student resistance movement.

When he is apprehended as the ringleader, the principal of the Eiko school offers to admit him into their ranks on the condition that he cease his disruptive activities. Koji refuses, only to discover that the Eiko facility is controlled by a faction of psychic totalitarians from the future who are using the 1975 school system as a means to indoctrinate children for their own purposes.

Koji is subsequently imprisoned in another time, while the future agents dispatch an android duplicate of him back to 1975 to persuade the students to abandon their resistance. However, the remaining children refuse to submit and instead wage a guerrilla‑style campaign against their oppressors.
