== Summary ==
''Talamasca: The Secret Order'' centres on ''Guy Anatole'', a ''telepath'' whose abilities allow him to perceive the thoughts of others. He is contacted by Helen, an enigmatic operative of the ''Talamasca'', a clandestine organisation devoted to the surveillance and regulation of ''supernatural'' entities , including ''vampires'', ''demons'', ''witches'', and ''ghosts'' , in order to preserve stability between the human and preternatural realms.

Recruited as an unofficial field agent, Anatole is dispatched to London to investigate ''Jasper'', a vampire who has covertly infiltrated the city’s Motherhouse, thereby posing a threat to the Talamasca’s internal security and its broader mission of maintaining equilibrium.
