Summary
The story centres on Aoyama Ichiro, an unremarkable elementary school teacher whose greatest source of happiness is his relationship with Sasaki Yukika. Deeply devoted to her, Ichiro regards Yukika as the most important person in his life and considers himself fortunate to be loved by someone he views as exceptionally charming. As the first person to fully accept and support him, Yukika provides him with a sense of belonging and fulfilment, transforming his otherwise mundane existence into a contented life together.
However, Ichiro's seemingly ideal world is shaken when he uses a virtual reality device created by a friend to observe events from the past. During the experience, he uncovers previously unknown details about Yukika's history, leading him to question everything he believed about the woman he loves.
