Summary
Lu Sen, chairman of a major tech firm, is confident in public but unable to tolerate any skin‑to‑skin contact due to a rare, life‑threatening condition. His interest is piqued when he learns Dr. Fu Yang has created an advanced humanoid companion called “Friday”.
After requesting Friday for in‑home testing, Lu Sen’s plans collapse when a sudden malfunction renders the robot unusable. Desperate to protect his reputation and funding, Dr. Fu Yang convinces his former assistant, Yang Shan Shan, Friday’s physical model, to impersonate the robot until repairs are complete. With little choice, she agrees.
