Summary
Sho Moteuchi, a high‑school student still adjusting to life with his uncle after his parents’ divorce, quietly develops feelings for his classmate Nanami, feelings complicated by the fact that she is interested in his friend Tomoaki. One day, Sho discovers an old, broken video cassette recorder in his uncle’s house. After repairing it, the machine unexpectedly plays a recording of a mysterious girl who introduces herself as Video Girl Ai.
Moments later, Ai steps out of the video and into the real world, announcing that she will live with Sho for the next three months. Her sudden arrival turns Sho’s ordinary life upside down, drawing him into a strange and emotional journey that blurs the line between technology and human connection.
