Summary
A virulent zombie pathogen emerges within a South Korean high school and rapidly spreads to the nearby city of Hyosan. As the area becomes isolated and communication with the outside world collapses, government authorities struggle to contain the outbreak. Within the school, a group of students must navigate the escalating crisis, confronting both infected individuals and the breakdown of social order as they attempt to secure their survival and reach safety.
In the second season, Nam On‑jo, one of the survivors of the Hyosan incident, is now a university student in Seoul, attempting to rebuild her life in the aftermath of the catastrophe. Her efforts to adapt to a new environment are disrupted when a fresh outbreak of the virus occurs, compelling her and a new circle of companions to fight for survival once again.
