Summary
Amazing Extraordinary Friends follows the journey of an ordinary teenager who discovers his potential to become truly extraordinary. Set in contemporary New Zealand, the series unfolds in a world populated by larger‑than‑life villains, colourful superheroes, and the occasional fifty‑foot mutant lizard.
At its centre is 15‑year‑old Ben Wilson, an average Kiwi boy whose life is transformed when he uncovers a mysterious insignia that grants him remarkable abilities as Captain X. Guided by a retired superhero sidekick known as the Green Termite, and supported by his best friend Roy Bottle (also known as NightLite), Ben embarks on a mission to unite the world’s remaining superheroes under a single banner: the Amazing Extraordinary Friends.
