Summary
Captain Dylan Hunt commands the Andromeda Ascendant, a High Guard warship serving the Systems Commonwealth, a vast intergalactic monarchy spanning multiple galaxies. During a sudden conflict, Hunt and his vessel become trapped near a black hole and remain suspended in time for several centuries.
When a passing salvage crew inadvertently revives him, Hunt discovers that the Commonwealth has collapsed and the known galaxies have descended into widespread disorder and barbarism. Determined to restore stability, he assembles a new crew aboard the Andromeda and embarks on a mission across the cosmos to rebuild the Commonwealth and re‑establish order.
