Summary
Abandoned by his indifferent creator, the super‑powered robot Atom (Segawa) is taken in by the benevolent Professor Ochanomizu (Tanaka, later Morino). Under Ochanomizu’s guidance, Atom dedicates himself to the pursuit of justice, confronting various threats in this black‑and‑white live‑action adventure series. The production predates the more widely known Astro Boy anime by several years, representing one of the earliest screen adaptations of the character.
