Summary
In 1967, an Earth woman named Ginette is abducted by extraterrestrials and transported to a distant planet, which subsequently becomes known as Ayoye! following her astonished exclamation upon arrival. Ginette establishes a life there and raises a family, becoming the matriarch of a new human–alien lineage.
Two generations later, her grandchildren Fléo and Déli encounter Man, a young internet user from Tremblayville, during an online exchange. Fascinated by Earth and eager to experience life on their grandmother’s home planet, the twins persuade their parental units to allow them to relocate. Their arrival initiates a series of comedic cross‑cultural misunderstandings and close encounters between humans and the inhabitants of Ayoye!.
Season 2 reiterates the foundational premise: Ginette’s abduction in 1967, her subsequent life on Ayoye!, and the decision of her grandchildren Fléo and Déli to travel to Earth after befriending a young web surfer. The season continues to explore the humorous consequences of their integration into human society.
