Summary
Taiya Hando is a professional courier who forms an alliance with Bundorio Bunderas, an alien machine lifeform engaged in developing specialised equipment for the interstellar competition known as the Big Bang Grand Prix. With additional support from freelance intelligence operative Ishiro Meita and technical supplier Genba Bureki, Hando and Bundorio establish the Boonboomgers, operating simultaneously as a high‑risk freelance delivery organisation.
Their activities expand when Earth becomes the target of the criminal faction Hashiriyan. In response, Hando recruits two further members: Mira Shifuto, who becomes involved with the group after they intervene in her coerced marriage, and Jyo Akuse, a police officer who acts as the Boonboomgers’ liaison with governmental and interplanetary authorities. Akuse’s principal contact is Shirabe Saibu of the International Space Agency (ISA), who provides official oversight and communication.
Balancing commissioned missions with defensive operations, the Boonboomgers work to counter the Hashiriyan threat while maintaining their delivery enterprise. Their ranks later expand with the arrival of interstellar traveller Sakito Homura and his alien associate Byun Diesel, and they occasionally receive assistance from members of other Super Sentai teams.
