Summary
Baromu 1 is the “Justice Agent” chosen to protect Earth from the villainous Doruge. For a millennium, Doruge and the benevolent Kopuu have waged a cosmic struggle between Good and Evil. As Kopuu nears death, he identifies two Earth boys Kentarō Shiratori, noted for intelligence, and Takeru Kido, known for physical strength whose combined “Friendship Energy” enables them to transform into Baromu 1 through the “Baromu Cross.”
Baromu 1 carries the Bop (or Boppu), which can transform into his vehicle, the Mach Rod. His primary techniques include Baromu Fly, Baromu Break, and the Baromu Explosive Punch, used to defeat mutants created by Doruge, who later forms them from his own body.
Doruge resides underground and adopts the human identity of a wealthy businessman to operate on Earth. He rarely fights directly, instead deploying mutants , humans altered under his control against Baromu 1, though he is capable of enlarging himself when necessary.
