Summary

Following the events of Heritiere De Grande Ourse, L, Louis‑Bernard Lapointe withdraws from active service and enters retirement. This investigation leads him to Verdeuil, an affluent community overseen by pharmaceutical magnate Julien Beaumont.

As Lapointe probes the town’s concealed activities, the narrative introduces a series of increasingly unsettling elements, including murderous dolls and clandestine medical experiments. These developments converge toward an impending and catastrophic confrontation.
