Summary
The series is set in a dystopian future in which severe atmospheric pollution has become pervasive following a comet impact that devastated much of the planet. The surviving population is forced to rely on externally supplied oxygen tanks and respirator masks, distributed by an elite corps of specialised delivery personnel.
