Summary
Cloud Burst follows Tim and Jenny Barber, who encounter Ram Pandit, a benevolent scientist developing a rainmaking device intended to alleviate drought conditions in his native India. When their model aeroplane goes missing, the children cross paths with Ram, only to learn that his malevolent twin brother, Ravi, has stolen the machine for his own purposes.
Tim and Jenny ultimately thwart Ravi’s plans, though Ram later uncovers a spy operating within his research team. The studio segments were presented by Richard Carpenter, and the programme marked the first appearance of Wordy, formally known as Mr Watchword.
