Summary

Comet, a mischievous alien girl from the planet Beta, proves so unruly that her school principal assigns her to a remote Peace Corps placement on Earth. The journey does little to improve her behaviour; she even vandalises a star with graffiti en route.

Upon arrival, Comet takes a position as a housemaid, quickly arousing the suspicions of local boys Takeshi and Koji. Few believe the boys’ claims that their housekeeper can grant wishes with a magic wand or that she is secretly engaged in an ongoing struggle to defend Earth from extra-terrestrial threats.
