Summary
In 2008, Xiao Feng is a disheartened e‑sports team captain struggling to keep his players united. With the industry still in its infancy and offering little financial reward, his team faces constant ridicule yet continues to compete in pursuit of recognition.
By 2019, Lu Xiao Bei has emerged as a prodigious talent in the same game, demonstrating exceptional skill despite being confined to a wheelchair in his daily life. Determined to honour his brother’s legacy, he aspires to become a professional e‑sports player, but narrowly misses the opportunity to join an established team.
Separated by eleven years, the two players are unexpectedly connected when a cosmic anomaly allows them to meet within the game itself. What begins as mutual suspicion gradually develops into camaraderie as they form their own teams and support one another’s growth, both as competitors and as individuals striving to achieve their dreams.
