Summary
Eric Draven (Dacascos), a gifted young musician, and his partner Shelly are brutally murdered by a gang led by the malevolent Top Dollar. According to Native American folklore, a crow guides the souls of the dead to the next world; however, Draven’s passage is disrupted, leaving him trapped between life and death. To reunite with the ethereal Shelly, who waits upon the bridge between the living and the dead, he must first restore balance by helping others resolve unfinished conflicts and correct lingering injustices. In this liminal state, he adopts the guise of The Crow, an avenging alter ego through whom he fulfils his grim mandate.
