Summary
The first series is set within a deliberately exaggerated, camp reinterpretation of World War II as imagined through a 1960s aesthetic. It follows a team of five international spies tasked with assassinating Adolf Hitler and preventing his schemes for global domination.
The second series shifts to an equally stylised vision of 1982, once again featuring Hitler as the principal antagonist after inexplicably surviving the end of the war. The tone, visual style, and narrative logic remain intentionally surreal, maintaining continuity with the first series’ heightened, tongue‑in‑cheek approach to alternate history.
