Summary
The series follows Megu Tokiwa, a contemporary art director who has experienced little success in her romantic life, and Kakeru Iura, a time patrol agent from the 23rd century. Together, they investigate and pursue illegal time travellers whose actions threaten to disrupt the course of history and alter the timeline.
As they work to prevent temporal interference, Megu becomes involved in a series of incidents spanning different periods of time, developing a close partnership with Kakeru. Their missions require them to navigate the complexities of time travel while preserving historical continuity.
Central to the narrative is a romance that transcends time itself. Unknown to Megu, she and Kakeru had previously met and fallen in love in her past and his personal history. While Megu has no memory of their earlier relationship, Kakeru retains those memories, creating an emotional conflict that shapes their evolving relationship throughout the series.
