Summary
In Buenos Aires, an anomalous snowfall event occurs during a single night, resulting in the rapid death of the majority of the city’s population. Among the survivors are Juan Salvo and a small group of associates, who confront severe material scarcity and social disintegration in the aftermath. Subsequent information reveals that the lethal snowfall constitutes the initial phase of a coordinated extra-terrestrial incursion. The survivors conclude that collective organisation and armed resistance are essential for continued survival, as isolation offers no viable means of defence against the advancing threat.
