Summary
Dr. Quorum, a respected scientist whose clinic has gained fashionable prominence for its psychiatric methods, is secretly conducting a dangerous experiment behind locked doors. After performing “Operation Q” on himself, he confides in Hugo Canning the existence of his discovery, Electrode 93, thereby placing himself under Canning’s control.
When Philipson threatens to expose Quorum’s secret, he dies from an apparent overdose of sodium amytal. David Williams, who begins to suspect the truth, is likewise found drugged. Despite the mounting deaths, Canning ultimately performs the same procedure on Cabinet Minister John Beddoes, bringing him under the same lethal influence of Electrode 93.
All 7 episodes of this series are believed to be lost.
