Summary
A police chief in the Southold area of Long Island’s Peconic Bay rescues a young girl found near the site of a mysterious accident, only to discover that the child has no memory of her identity or what occurred. As the chief investigates the events leading up to the incident, tracing them back fifteen years, the mystery deepens. A pattern of strange electronic disturbances, unexplained forces, and a recurring cryptic symbol emerges, all of which appear to be connected to the girl.
