Summary
The Blue Dragon secret society seeks to seize the legendary treasure of Genghis Khan, protected for centuries by the mythical Panther of Justice. To achieve their objective, they deploy their own engineered counterpart, the so‑called “Evil Panther.” Their scheme is disrupted by a Japanese orphan engaged in a personal quest to find his long‑lost elder brother. Drawn into the conflict, he becomes the sole individual capable of preventing the society’s attempt to revive an ancient tyranny, embarking on a series of adventures that span the Gobi Desert, Shanghai, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
