Summary
Aiba Tsubasa possesses extraordinary mathematical abilities. He and his younger brothers, Riku, a gentle and idealistic university student, and Umi, born with a life‑threatening heart condition, were abandoned at a young age when their mother, Takako, a brilliant surgeon, sought refuge within a clandestine medical research facility. The organisation specialises in studying individuals with exceptional cognitive or physical talents and routinely conducts unethical experiments in pursuit of creating scientifically enhanced humans.
Over time, Umi undergoes a successful heart‑transplant procedure. However, the donor possessed an extraordinary, pathological memory, unable to forget anything he had ever experienced. As a result, Umi begins to inherit the donor’s memories, which resurface with increasing intensity until the donor’s personality begins to dominate his own.
When Umi escapes the facility in search of his brothers, Tsubasa and Riku struggle to protect him from the organisation’s operatives, who are already closing in. Their attempt to save Umi forces them into direct conflict with the shadowy institution that tore their family apart.
