Summary
Journalist Lia discovers an old Polaroid camera with an anomalous capability: it produces photographs depicting tragic events that have not yet occurred. Guided by the images and the clues they contain, she inadvertently initiates an investigation into the long‑unresolved disappearance of her mother.
During the course of her inquiry, Lia encounters Edi, an environmental activist. Their collaboration leads them to evidence of an environmental pollution conspiracy centred on the town of Krung Merah, dating back a decade. The scheme appears to be connected to the disappearance of members of Lia’s family, expanding the scope of her investigation from a personal mystery to a broader case involving environmental wrongdoing and its long‑term consequences.
