Summary
The series follows Lin Dong Feng, a gifted student whose online research into controlled nuclear fusion attracts international attention. As a result, he is recruited by the government to lead a specialised research team tasked with advancing fusion technology and pursuing a major scientific breakthrough.
While directing the project, Lin Dong Feng faces a range of challenges, including interference from rival interests, intense scrutiny from colleagues and authorities, and the pressures associated with managing a high-profile research programme. At the same time, his commitment to the project places increasing strain on his relationship with Zheng Wan Zhi, forcing him to balance his personal life with his scientific ambitions.
As the team's work progresses, Lin Dong Feng must overcome both professional and personal obstacles in pursuit of a technological achievement with far-reaching implications.
