Summary
In this world, only those born with the rare “spirit language”, are capable of awakening a pair of Golden Eyes. Zhuang Rui (Lay Zhang), an unassuming employee at a small pawnshop, undergoes a profound transformation after an accident leaves him with a new set of eyes. His enhanced vision grants him extraordinary abilities, allowing him to perceive the inner nature of objects and see through virtually any material.
Realising the lucrative potential of his newfound powers, Zhuang Rui enters the high‑stakes arenas of gemstone auctions and antique appraisal, quickly attracting attention, and suspicion. Miao Feifei (Wang Zixuan), an undercover police officer monitoring his activities, decides to follow him closely, uncertain whether he is a gifted savant or a criminal opportunist.
As Zhuang Rui assembles a small circle of allies and delves deeper into the origins of the Golden Eyes, he uncovers a hidden history of supernatural inheritance, dangerous rivalries, and fatal consequences.
