Summary
An anthology series centred on the bizarre and the uncanny, the programme presents self‑contained stories that explore the darker edges of human experience. Each episode introduces a new scenario in which ordinary people encounter extraordinary, often unsettling phenomena.
In “Sin Seer”, a man discovers he can perceive another person’s deepest desires simply by looking into their eyes. When he gazes into the eyes of his psychiatrist, he is confronted with a disturbing vision of murder, forcing him to question both his sanity and his safety.
Another episode, “The Secret Shih Tan”, follows a master chef who is granted access to a forbidden culinary manuscript known as the Shih Tan. The opportunity to prepare one of its legendary recipes becomes a descent into obsession, temptation, and the dangerous allure of knowledge never meant to be used.
