Summary
Ijon Tichy is portrayed as a space pilot who traverses the cosmos in a vessel whose exterior resembles a French press, while its interior expands into a much larger, apartment‑like living space, complete with windows through which stars perpetually stream past. Although the character originates from the works of Stanislaw Lem, this adaptation presents him in a markedly different manner: dishevelled, frequently dressed in undershirts, speaking with a pronounced Eastern European accent, and employing idiosyncratic grammar.
