Summary
In 2143, climate change has devastated the planet, and most major cities, now rebuilt under vast new superstructures, are governed by a pseudodemocratic regime known as the Commonworld. Sky‑cop Harper, portrayed by Savannah Steyn, is falsely accused of a crime and transferred to the Hemlock, a prisoner‑transport vessel en route to an off‑world detention facility. Once aboard, she becomes entangled in a violent mutiny led by a group of hardened female convicts who threaten to kill her unless she pilots the ship to safety.
