Summary
Kamen Rider Decade presents a crossover narrative in which the nine preceding Heisei Rider universes begin to collapse into one another, a convergence that threatens the destruction of every world involved. To avert this crisis, Tsukasa Kadoya becomes Kamen Rider Decade and is instructed that he must journey through each A.R. World, “Another Rider’s World”, to identify and eliminate the anomaly destabilising that reality. He travels with Natsumi Hikari and her grandfather, encountering recurring adversaries such as the enigmatic Narutaki and the interdimensional thief Daiki Kaitoh (Kamen Rider Diend). Their travels also bring allies: Yusuke Onodera, the Kuuga of his own world, and Kivala, a fairy-like Makai creature from the World of Kiva.
The series adopts a photography motif, reflected in the colour design of its principal Riders, which follows the CMYK model. Decade corresponds to magenta, Diend to cyan, and Kuuga’s Ultimate Form to black. Although no Rider is explicitly assigned yellow, the armour of Kuuga Rising Ultimate incorporates a gold‑yellow palette, completing the CMYK thematic set.
