Summary
Shoma, a human–Granute hybrid and youngest member of the Stomach Family, escapes to Earth after his mother is murdered by his half‑siblings following the death of his father Bouche and the succession of his brother Lango. The Stomach Family’s criminal enterprise centres on producing addictive Dark Treats using humans as the core ingredient. On Earth, Shoma discovers that his father had modified his body to generate Gochizo, enabling him to become Kamen Rider Gavv and oppose the family’s human‑harvesting operations.
Shoma is supported by Sachika Amane, CEO of Hapipare; his defected granduncle Dente; and journalist Hanto Karakida, who becomes Kamen Rider Valen through surgery by researcher Kenzo Suga. They are later joined by Rakia Amarga, transformed into Kamen Rider Vram to destroy Stomach Inc. Suga betrays the group by creating Shoma clones as Kamen Rider Bitter Gavv and later becoming Kamen Rider Bake before being killed by Hanto.
A corporate takeover by the ruling Jaldak family leaves the Stomach siblings powerless, while Nyelv produces new Bitter Gavvs, including Jiip and a revived Suga. Shoma avenges Dente’s death, learns of his maternal uncle Masaru, and helps dismantle Stomach Inc. as Hanto rescues humans and Rakia destroys the interdimensional gates between Earth and the Granute World.
Three months later, the Granute World begins reconstruction under new leadership, and Shoma develops Light Treats to aid former addicts.
