Summary
In 1971, the military organisation NOAH conducted an expedition in Latin America, uncovering the remains of the primordial devil Giff and an associated artifact that became the basis for developing Vistamps. In the present day, Giff’s remains are controlled by Deadmans, a splinter faction of NOAH that has evolved into a devil‑worshipping cult seeking Giff’s resurrection. Using Proto Vistamps, Deadmans convert individuals’ inner demons into loyal followers.
Opposing them is Fenix, an organisation that has engineered the Revice Driver for candidates capable of taming their inner demons. Ikki Igarashi, who operates a sentō with his family, unexpectedly acquires the belt and forms a pact with his own inner demon, Vice, enabling the two to fight together as Kamen Riders Revi and Vice.
Ikki’s younger brother, Daiji Igarashi, a Fenix operative originally intended to become Revice, withdraws from Ikki after failing to transform due to fear. He is subsequently overtaken by his inner demon, Kagero, who gains the ability to transform into Kamen Rider Evil and challenges Ikki. With Ikki’s help, Daiji overcomes Kagero’s influence and later fights as Kamen Rider Live.
Their younger sister, Sakura Igarashi, eventually enters the conflict after receiving the means to transform into Kamen Rider Jeanne. Through the intervention of the clandestine resistance group Weekend, she awakens her inner demon, Lovekov, and joins the battle against Deadmans.
