Summary
The human world becomes entangled with Wonder World, a realm of fairy tales, due to a conflict surrounding the Almighty Book, a legendary artifact of immense power. The trio of monsters known as the Megids seeks to obtain it to create more of their kind, while the organisation of swordsmen called the Sword of Logos is dedicated to protecting it. Two millennia later, the Dark Swordsman Hayato Fukamiya, also known as Kamen Rider Calibur, betrays his comrades after uncovering a devastating truth and is seemingly killed by the Flame Swordsman Daichi Kamijo. Their battle results in the apparent loss of a young girl named Luna. Before disappearing, Kamijo entrusts his Wonder Ride Book to a boy named Touma Kamiyama and abandons his sword.
Fifteen years later, Touma has become a novelist and bookstore owner. After being caught in a Megid attack, his attempt to intervene causes him to inherit Kamijo’s mantle as Kamen Rider Saber. Determined to end the conflict, he joins the Sword of Logos at the invitation of the Water Swordsman Rintaro Shindo. As Touma works to recover his lost memories and retrieve the missing Wonder Ride Books, he reunites with his childhood friend Kento Fukamiya, who seeks to understand his father’s actions after Calibur reappears as an ally of the Megids.
