Summary
In a technologically advanced Japan, Hiden Intelligence revolutionises society with Humagears, human‑like AI androids. Their widespread adoption is threatened when MetsubouJinrai.net hacks them into hostile Magias, prompting the government to form A.I.M.S. to counter the threat.
After his grandfather’s death, aspiring comedian Aruto Hiden unexpectedly becomes Hiden’s CEO. Witnessing the attacks firsthand, he resolves to protect both humans and Humagears, secretly fighting as Kamen Rider Zero‑One. He forms an uneasy alliance with A.I.M.S. operatives Isamu Fuwa (Kamen Rider Vulcan) and Yua Yaiba (Kamen Rider Valkyrie), while opposing rogue Humagears Horobi and Jin.
Meanwhile, ZAIA Enterprise CEO Gai Amatsu pursues a human‑only society, entering the conflict as Kamen Rider Thouser and deploying human‑transforming Raiders. As Aruto, Gai, and MetsubouJinrai.net clash over the future of AI, the malevolent super‑AI Ark emerges in its own Kamen Rider form, forcing all sides to unite against a global threat.
