Summary
Boyd portrays Zolok, a megalomaniacal scientist who presides over an extensive subterranean city hidden in the depths of Africa. From this secret stronghold, Zolok aspires to global domination, heralding his ambitions by unleashing a series of worldwide electrical storms. His technological arsenal includes a rejuvenation device, an apparatus capable of transforming men into giant zombie-like beings, and a destructive ray weapon. Richmond appears as the engineer who traces the origin of the electrical disturbances and ultimately discovers Zolok’s underground domain.
