Summary
Ryu Sun‑jae, a celebrated figure in the entertainment industry, maintains the outward image of a successful top‑tier celebrity while privately struggling with physical and emotional exhaustion. Im Sol, who became an ardent admirer of Sun‑jae after a traumatic accident in her youth ended her aspirations, finds comfort and motivation in his music throughout her adult life.
When reports emerge announcing Sun‑jae’s sudden and tragic death, Sol is overwhelmed by grief. In the midst of this despair, she is inexplicably transported fifteen years into the past, arriving in 2008 when both she and Sun‑jae were nineteen‑year‑old secondary‑school students. Interpreting this temporal displacement as a providential opportunity, Sol resolves to alter the trajectory of their lives. Her efforts to intervene in past events set her on a course to challenge fate itself, protect Sun‑jae from the circumstances that once led to his demise, and confront the formative experiences that shaped them both.
