Summary
Commissaris Migrain is depicted as a bumbling police commissioner whose arrogance and limited competence frequently contrast with the abilities of his younger, more capable subordinates. The series, produced for a Flemish youth audience, centres on Migrain’s investigative team: Toby and Mieke, the latter possessing a secret alter‑ego known as Mega Mindy, a superhuman crime‑fighter.
Mieke’s transformation into Mega Mindy is supported by her grandparents, Oma Fonkel and Opa Fonkel, who provide guidance and technical assistance. Their efforts are further aided by Bliep, a sentient computer that offers analytical support during investigations.
