Summary
A Japanese school receives a new teacher, Hikaru Tsuki (Kiku), whose cheerful demeanour and concealed magical abilities quickly endear her to students and colleagues. Unknown to them, she is the Queen of Star Alpha and a peaceful observer dispatched by the Andromeda Planet Union. As the series progresses, Hikaru is promoted to A‑Class observer, a status that grants her the ability to transform into the heroine Andro Mask, enabling her to defend Earth against hostile forces.
