Summary
The serial recounts the adventures of Betty Lee and Miles Gaston, portrayed respectively by Gerber and Wilson. Their association begins in adversarial circumstances when Gaston attempts to sink Lee’s vessel, but the narrative ultimately develops into a romantic relationship between the two protagonists. During the course of events, Lee’s fiancé, played by Worne, emerges as the principal antagonist. He absconds with a map belonging to Lee’s father that indicates the location of a hidden treasure and subsequently attempts to murder her.
A mysterious figure intervenes repeatedly to rescue Lee and Gaston from peril. This individual is later revealed to be Lee’s father, portrayed by De Bruillier. Operating from an armour‑plated vessel, he employs a range of advanced scientific devices, including a laser‑like energy projector and an electrically charged spray weapon capable of paralysing those struck by its cascade of sparks.
The serial concludes with the restoration of Lee’s fortune, the reaffirmation of her romantic partnership with Gaston, and the reunion with her father, thereby resolving the narrative’s central conflicts.
The Serial is considered to no longer exist in any archive.
