Summary
Following the death of his father, manga artist Ichiro struggles to support his two younger siblings while relying solely on the limited education he received in middle school. Lacking both time and resources, he continues to produce his work entirely by hand, unable to learn digital tools that might ease his workload. His situation worsens when his art assistants depart to pursue independent careers, leaving him to manage demanding deadlines, family responsibilities, and the persistent fear of professional failure. Under mounting pressure, Ichiro approaches the brink of exhaustion.
His circumstances change abruptly with the arrival of a new assistant whose exceptional skill, punctuality, and striking appearance immediately transform the working environment. Yet her familiarity with Ichiro’s personal history soon raises questions he cannot ignore. She ultimately reveals a truth that challenges his understanding of reality and extends far beyond the boundaries of Earth.
