Summary
Planet Savior Squadron Wakuseiber is a short tokusatsu superhero series created as a tribute to the Super Sentai genre. The story centres on the Ultimate Lifeform Empire GIDES, an interstellar organisation that has destroyed numerous planets while collecting biological data in its pursuit of creating the ultimate lifeform and attaining godlike power.
After setting its sights on Earth, GIDES dispatches its agents to begin the invasion. During these events, Otoha Nishina rescues Prapine, a mysterious creature being pursued by the organisation's forces. As a result, she gains the power to become Pink Earth Wakuseiber and joins Prapine in a mission to locate the remaining Wakuseibers.
The series follows the formation of the team as individuals from various backgrounds, including a stargazer, photographer, ballet dancer, and businessman, are recruited to join the Wakuseibers. Together, they oppose GIDES and its generals while working to prevent the organisation's plans for Earth and the wider universe.
