Summary
Gerald Flood again assumed the role of a reporter, this time portraying science journalist Mark Bannerman, while Stewart Guidotti appeared as his young assistant, Peter Blake. The pair investigate a series of unexplained incidents at the Potencia One power plant in the Andean state of Santa Montana, where witnesses describe encounters with a night devil and rumours circulate of a giant, unidentified creature.
As their inquiry progresses, Bannerman and Blake uncover a plot orchestrated by General Villagran, who seeks to undermine the work of the plant’s director, Dr Miguel Aranda. Villagran’s objective is to sabotage the facility so that its reactor can be repurposed for military use, placing the region’s energy infrastructure under his control.
