Summary
The narrative is set in Coral Harbor, where local scientists succeed in converting the limitless energy of the Morphin Grid into a tangible, clean‑energy substance known as Morph‑X. This breakthrough provides the city with an effectively inexhaustible power source. To safeguard both the Morphin Grid and the new energy infrastructure, the covert organisation Grid Battleforce develops a defence initiative that combines Morph‑X with animal DNA, resulting in the creation of a new team of Power Rangers.
The resulting trio, Devon Daniels, Ravi Shaw, and Zoey Reeves, form the Beast Morphers Rangers, tasked with protecting the Grid from Evox, a malevolent, sentient computer virus originating from another dimension. Evox is assisted by corrupted avatar versions of the original Ranger candidates, Blaze and Roxy, whose physical bodies remain comatose. After the three villains are transported to the Cyber Dimension, they gain the allegiance of Scrozzle, its de facto ruler, who supports their efforts to return Evox to Earth.
As the Rangers confront Evox’s robotic creations, known as Robotrons, their team expands. Nate Silva, Grid Battleforce’s chief researcher, becomes the Gold Ranger, while Steel, a robot initially constructed as a potential vessel for Evox, unexpectedly attains sentience and joins the team as the Silver Ranger.
In the second season, Evox possesses Mayor Daniels and resumes his efforts to escape the Cyber Dimension, aided once again by Scrozzle, who employs a specialised device to resurrect the Blaze and Roxy avatars in robotic form. Over the course of their battles, the Beast Morphers Rangers uncover Evox’s true origins and receive assistance from multiple veteran Ranger teams, including the Mighty Morphin, Dino Thunder, and Dino Charge Rangers, as well as allies of the Ranger Operators. Their combined efforts ultimately lead to the defeat of Evox and his forces.
