Summary
A teenage girl, Tomoko (portrayed by Hinagata), is kissing her boyfriend Shinya (Kato) when she abruptly experiences an intense throbbing heat emanating from the leopard‑shaped birthmark on her chest. Although unsettled, she initially dismisses the sensation. The phenomenon resurfaces when she is assaulted by school bullies, triggering an involuntary transformation into a leopard.
Her newly appointed biology teacher, Miss Sonehara (Nakamura), becomes intrigued by the incident and soon determines that Tomoko possesses feline genetic traits. Sonehara suspects a connection to Tomoko’s late father, a zoologist who had been ostracised by the scientific community for his controversial research into animal transformation.
