Summary
Following the outbreak of a lethal virus transmitted through rainfall, the human population of Scandinavia is almost entirely eradicated. Two Danish siblings, Simone and Rasmus, survive by taking refuge in an underground bunker. Six years later, they emerge in search of their father, a scientist who placed them in the shelter at the onset of the catastrophe but never returned.
During their journey, the siblings join a small group of young survivors and travel across Denmark and Sweden in pursuit of both safety and information. Their father, believed to possess crucial knowledge regarding the origins of the virus and the possibility of a cure, becomes the central focus of their expedition.
