Summary
Set in the late 1990s, the series follows four small-time criminals, Fil, Chak, Vzhik, and Massa, who set out to collect a debt but inadvertently become trapped inside a cryogenic chamber. They awaken in 2022 to find themselves in a radically transformed Moscow, where advances in technology, shifting social norms, and unfamiliar modern customs have left them struggling to adapt.
As the four men attempt to navigate their new reality, they discover that the decades they lost have profoundly altered the lives of those they left behind. Their loved ones have grown older, forcing them to confront complicated relationships and missed opportunities. One must reconnect with a son who is now the same age as himself, while another seeks to rekindle a romance with a former girlfriend who has long since moved on.
Faced with the challenges of adapting to an unfamiliar world, the group embarks on a quest to rebuild their lives while seeking revenge against the former crime boss responsible for their imprisonment in the cryogenic chamber.
