Summary
Former hostage negotiator Mara Kint, a specialist in human behaviour, is recruited to assist in recovering individuals whose consciousness has become trapped within Reverie, an advanced and immersive virtual‑reality simulation. As she navigates the psychological landscapes constructed by these users, Kint simultaneously confronts and begins to reconcile a profound personal tragedy from her past.
