Summary
A magician named Hindu secretly operates as the masked vigilante Rocambole. He becomes the target of the Scorpion Sect, an organisation seeking to enlist his abilities in pursuit of global domination. Rather than join their cause, Rocambole opposes the sect and engages in a series of battles against its network of deadly assassins.
